How we Work

We provide Certificate of Origin, Test Certificates upon Customer’s requirement. We can work on CIF or FOB basis. Usually we work on the Terms like 50% Advance with PO and balance before despatch of material from Indian Ports, BUT we are ready for Negotiable terms.

Delivery Time

Delivery time for different materials will differ depending on the Product Specifications and market conditions. Packing will be done in usual practice and can be customised.

GRAPHITE ELECTRODES
( GE ):
Proven Choice of Top Steel Makers Globally, HP & UHP grade Electrodes for EAF/LF application. Available in different Diameters and Lengths,
Graphite Electrodes are used in Electric Arc Furnace steel production since they perform well in the severe temperatures generated in this environment. Graphite Electrodes are
also used to refine steel in Ladle Furnaces and in other smelting processes.

CALCINED PETROLEUM COKE (CPC):
Available with Low Sulphur and High- Carbon Specifications. The Steel Industries uses CPC as recarburizer, to help remove impurities from recycled steel by blowing it into Arc Furnaces.

BURNING / THERMAL LANCES:
Burning Lance is the product used for increasing the heat quality generated from the lance, by improving the cutting efficiency with the cutting core wires of several pieces built in the combustion steel pipe. It is optimum for cutting and boring Concrete, Special Steel, Cast Steel, Pig Iron, Slag and refractory.

CALORISED & CERAMIC COATED PIPES ( CCCP ):
MS Pipes are calorised on outer surface and given Ceramic Coating on both inner & outer surfaces, which gives an extraordinary higher life and resistance to corrosion at high temperatures than Ordinary MS pipes and expensive stainless & alloy steel pipes normally used in Oxygen lancing in Electric Arc Furnaces. The average life of Calorised with Ceramic coated pipes is 5 – 8 times more
than that of ordinary MS pipes and Stainless Steel pipes.
